Fingers Crossed!

Lufthansa says our flight is on schedule and tomorrow is the first day they will attempt to fly all scheduled Lufthansa flights.  This morning's flight that follows our same route was cancelled, so we are really hoping and praying that we can fly out! Hopefully next time I blog I will be doing it from the good old USA!! Zoya is still sick and will probably need to be seen by a doctor as soon as we get home...prayers for our flight and for her to feel better and comfortable during the flight. Could it be that we are finally bringing this angel home? I surely hope so! It will be a long awaited arrival.  To friends and family at home, if you'd like to meet us at the airport you are more than welcome! I have to tell you though, any pictures you take must be approved by me before they are published anywhere (haha)...I will likely have on my ugly happy crying face and look like I've been living on the streets for the past 2 weeks!...

  11. Once you get home (Thursday night) get a COOL mist humidifier and run it in Zoya's room. You will find that it works much better than the hot mist and it's safer! There are alot of other tricks I will share later.
I am praying that the sky clears of the volcanic ash and that you are all able to fly SAFELY back home to the USA!!

  14. Just got back from the airport and seeing ZOYA in person--the answer to so many prayers. Can you believe that a year ago you didn't even know her? Watching her entertain everyone just cracked me up. She's gonna steal the heart of everyone she meets, I know. God has a special destiny for Zoya that's only just beginning. What a day! My faith has grown in new ways because you shared your journey of faith with all of us. Thank you for revealing the Father's love in new ways.
