Jet Lag

Oh Jet Lag and I are not friends.  This is worse than any college hangover ever! I feel like my eyes need toothpicks, yet I can't sleep! And I have a terrible headache.  Shawn, however, has been sleeping peacefully for quite some time now. The sun is shining here though and that makes things seem better! We are going to do some exploring today and take some pictures.  There is a McDonalds down the road, which I usually hate, but it might be a comfort to see those golden arches!  Kathy and Guy--tell Seth I will take a picture of the Ukranian McDonalds just for him!!  I am going to try to go to bed again. Prayers for peace and sleep!

  1. Jet lag is no fun.It took me a few days to adjust to the time change in Africa. Now i sleep like a baby.I was so sore from being on plane so long the night we arrived.I did not sleep a wink with the excitement of meeting our son.I am thrilled for you I cant wait to hear about your beautiful little girl.

  2. awwww you are going to make seth so happy! My uncle says that you need to take a walk and let the sun hit the backs of your knees to avoid jetlag, but Im not sure if hes just making that up.
